Vice President, Cyber & Electronic Systems
Jeff Karrels is Vice President of Two Six Labs’ Cyber and Electronic Systems group. Mr. Karrels holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a concentration on trusted processing within contested and untrusted environments from The George Washington University. His contributions for the past 14 years include work in unknown protocol discovery, reverse engineering, and vulnerability research within modern communication systems and general purpose computing applications. Mr. Karrels has extensive experience with advanced cyber warfare capabilities for our country in addition to a thorough understanding of adversarial TTPs.
Prior to TwoSix Labs, Mr. Karrels worked as a Research Director for Invincea Labs, Security Researcher at the Institute for Defense Analyses (IDA), a Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC), and BAE Systems, a major Defense Contractor.
