Research Director, Tactical Mobility
Christopher Foster is the Research Director for Two Six Labs’ Tactical Mobility research team. He previously held the same role at Invincea Labs, and is responsible for the research, development, and integration of security and privacy technologies into mobile and embedded systems. Mr. Foster has over 15 years of experience developing technology for mobile and other resource-constrained systems. His experience spans a wide range of applications, including secure mobility, positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) in denied environments, specialized communications systems, and geophysical sensor systems.
Previously, Mr. Foster was the Engineering Program Manager for ENSCO’s PNT business area, leading the research and development of wireless signal processing capabilities that provided secure time, space, and positioning information (TSPI) over existing communications channels. Prior to that, his work centered on the design and development of solutions to employ mobile devices in unconventional use cases. Mr. Foster holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University.
